Luxury Rooms

Our 2 rooms are furnished with high quality beds, mattresses and furniture and are tastefully decorated.  Our bed linen is all pure Egyptian cotton, as are the fluffy towels and bathrobes.

Each bathroom has complimentary Loccitaine Toiletries and both bathrooms have heated floors.
     
The Garden room is on the ground floor and overlooks the side garden. This room has a double bed and a contemporary shower room with an enormous monsoon shower head over a large enclosure (big enough for two!)

 

The Den is on the first floor at the top of its own staircase. This room has a beautiful King-size Mahogany Sleigh bed with a cosy natural stone tiled bathroom with a large Jacuzzi bath in the bay of the window. This bedroom has particularly lovely views of Dumfries and the hills beyond.

 

The Dining Room

Our light and airy dining room has the benefit of fabulous views over Dumfriesshire. The oak floored room opens out into the garden which is a fabulous sun trap and on warm mornings you can choose to have your breakfast on the terrace.

Within the dining room there are armchairs and a sofa for guest’s sole use if you wish to relax by the Wood burning Stove.


Breakfast is served at your own table and consists of quality local ingredients. There are porridge oats, selection of cereals, fresh fruits and luxury yoghurts and of course the full Scottish Breakfast. You will sample the finest sausages and bacon, all from our own free-range rare breed pigs, local free-range eggs and where possible we use organic produce.
